Indian student looted with acid attack in Rome
Jhabua, 27 june (HS): Harshit Agarwal, resident of Jhabua district in Madhya Pradesh was attacked by unidentified miscreants in the city of Rome. He is a software engineer in Cyber Security Research MIT Academy of Engineering ,Pune. He went to Paris to present his research paper.
When Harshit was returning after publishing the paper, he was attacked at the Rome station. Two unfamiliar young men suddenly came and tried to throw acid. He complained to the airport police station and then tweeted for help from the external affairs ministry and the PMO.
Harshit Agarwal survived in this incident. But the miscreants succeeded in snatching their belongings and valuables. The incident was reported by Harshit at the local Metro station. Indian Foreign Ministry, Foreign Minister and former Foreign Minister were informed through tweet.
