India reports 89,706 new COVID -19 cases..

New Delhi, Sept 09 (HS) The number of Corona patients in the country has crossed 43 lakh. In the last 24 hours, 89,706 new cases of Corona have been reported pushing the toll to 43,70,129.

At the same time, 1,115 people died from Corona in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 73,890.

According to the Union Health Ministry, there are 8,97,394 active patients in the country whereas, 33,98,845 patients have been recovered. The country’s recovery rate has increased to 77.77 percent.

As many as 11,54,549 samples were examined in the last 24 hours. So far, 5,18,04,677 samples have been tested.
