New Delhi,12 May(HS): Former veteran boxer and heavyweight champion Mike Tyson posted a training video on his Instagram on Monday, captioned, “I’m back.”
Tyson, 53, caught the attention of the boxing world last week when he posted a short video of his workout on Instagram. In that video, he was seen boxing at a high speed.
Tyson had said at the time that he was considering playing some exhibition matches to raise money for the charity.
Now in this new video Tyson is seen hitting the pads with full brutal force during a workout.
If Tyson returns to the ring, he will become the third boxer after Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao to return in an exhibition match after retirement. Tyson retired from boxing in 2005 after losing to Kevin McBride.
Tyson had the distinction of becoming the youngest first-time heavyweight champion in 1986 after defeating Trevor Berbick at just the age of 20 years. He had won 50 of his 58 professional matches.
