Hyderabad City CCS Police nabs the accused in cheating case
Hyderabad (Telangana), June 28 (HS): Hyderabad City CCS police nabbed the accused Ashish Malik in a cheating case who along with others duped several victims in Telangana and other states on the guise of online business involving BITCOIN.
According to police, Malik and others have created four websites i.e. Rosnefthedgefund.ru, rhfcoin.com, rhfgold.com, eurescoin.com for collecting money for online BITCOIN business. The accused persons have appointed various persons as regional heads and agents in different states of India and induced complainant and other victims to deposit huge amounts for a term of (18) weeks and promised that every week the returns would be sent to the depositors through online to their accounts.
In this online business the accused persons collected an amount of approximately 52 crores for about 1200 depositors in all over the country and about 250 depositors are from Telangana and other southern states its deposits are about 10 crores.
Malik was arrested and brought on transit warrant from New Delhi and produced before the MSJ Court for judicial remand. Malik and others are also involved in another case of New Delhi in a similar matter further investigation is in process.
