Hate speech: HC sends notice to Center and Delhi Police in case of Sonia, Rahul and other leaders

New Delhi, Feb 28(HS): Delhi High Court issued notice to Centre and others on Hindu Sena plea seeking FIR against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amantullah Khan, Manish Sisodia, AIMIM leader Waris Pathan, Akbaruddin Owaisi, and advocate Mehmood Pracha for alleged inflammatory speeches made by them.

A bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice C Hari Shankar of Delhi High Court issued notice to the Center and sought answers in this regard.
