Global markets Shine, Asia rides the uptrend
Global markets surged as investors fueled a rally across major indices. The US markets posted strong gains in the previous session, driving optimism.
The Dow Jones soared 674.62 points (1.65%) to 41,488.19. The S&P 500 jumped 117.42 points (2.13%) to 5,638.94, while the Nasdaq surged 451.07 points (2.61%) to 17,754.09. However, Dow Jones futures dipped 184.06 points (0.44%) to 41,304.13.
European markets mirrored this trend. The FTSE climbed 1.04% to 8,632.33, the CAC gained 1.12% to 8,028.28, and the DAX jumped 1.83% to 22,986.82.
Asia also showed strong momentum, with seven out of nine indices in the green. The GIFT Nifty rose 0.91%, the KOSPI climbed 1.64%, and the Nikkei added 1.31%.
Despite the slight dip in Dow futures, market sentiment remained bullish. Investors focused on economic resilience and steady earnings, boosting confidence worldwide.
