G20 Summit: PM Modi bilateral talks with Indonesian and Brazilian Presidents
Osaka , June. 29 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi have separate meetings with the presidents of Indonesia and Brazil, today, other than the G20 summit and discussed ways to increase bilateral relations, enhance trade and investment cooperation.
During the meeting with Indonesian President Joko Widodo, the Prime Minister discussed ways to increase bilateral cooperation on trade and investment, defense and sea fronts. This is Modi’s first official of the G-20 summit. This two-day conference will end on June 29.
The Prime Minister’s Office tweeted, “The second day of the G-20 Summit begins with a important and valued friend. Prime Minister Modi discussed ways to strengthen India-Indonesia cooperation with President Joko Widodo.
Meanwhile, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravish Kumar tweeted, “Discussed expanding cooperation in trade & investment, defence, maritime, space & exchanged views on Indo-Pacific vision.
