Four terrorists killed in Shopian
Jammu, June 10 (HS) In a major success, security forces killed four terrorists in an encounter in Shopian district of Kashmir on Wednesday. The encounter broke out at Sugoo Hendhama village of Shopian after security forces cordoned off the area on specific inputs. This was the third encounter in Shopian district since Sunday.
Reports said Pakistan and its agencies were pushing terrorists from all sides into Indian territory, but alert forces at the borders were thwarting their wicked action, said Dilbag Singh, DGP . The DGP also pointed that social media sites were being used by Pakistan agencies and handlers to lure the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, but police and intelligence agencies were foiling such attempts. Recently three youngsters were rescued from the clutches of militants and handed over to their respective families in Awantipura. The forces have killed 24 terrorists in two weeks.
