Five bunkers, barracks destroyed in Manipur attack

Security forces are conducting a major operation along the India-Myanmar border in Kangpokpi district. In one recent action, they destroyed five bunkers, two barracks, and a toilet between Agejang and Loiching.
During the operation, the forces recovered a significant amount of illegal items. These included one empty INSAS case, a 12-bore empty case, and 11 empty 7.62 SLR cases.
Additionally, they found a pull-through, a solar plate with converter, 28 blankets, 8 mosquito nets, a wooden cot, a pair of jungle shoes, and 6 combat T-shirts. The forces also seized various grocery and kitchen items.
The operation remains ongoing as security forces continue to comb the area for more illicit materials.
