DDC Rajouri reviews PM-KISAN,Ayushman Bharat,PM-SYM and DIGIDHAN Mission

Rajouri, July 03 (HS): District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, Mohammad Aijaz Asad today chaired a meeting to review the status of Ayushman Bharat PM Kissan, PMSYM and DIGIDHAN schemes in the district in the conference hall of the DC office complex.
Chief Planning officer, Shama-ud Shamoon, Chief Medical Officer, Dr Sunil Sharma, Chief Agriculture Officer, Janak Raj, Medical  superintendent GMC & AH Suresh Gupta, DIO NIC Muzaffar Hussain, Tehsildar, Block medical officers besides other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
While reviewing the status of Ayushman Bharat Programme, it was informed that 91363 beneficiaries have been uploaded and 80847 got approved.In district hospital, 58 cases have been registered for treatment and an amount of 3.05 lacks has been disbursed in favour of the beneficiaries.
A threadbare discussion was held with regard to the low progress in availing the benefits of the scheme. While underlining the importance of the scheme for poor and needy patients DDC stressed on officers to complete the registration of left out beneficiaries well within the stipulated timelines and there must be an upsurge in the number of beneficiaries registered and have availed the benefits under this scheme before the next review.
While highlighting the status of Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN), the meeting was informed 54000 data of farmers has already been uploaded out which of which 33000 have received the first installment. DIO NIC informed that the problem is the invalid and inactive account numbers of the farmers due to which the funds cannot be transferred into the account of beneficiaries.
The DDC stressed on officers to make concerted efforts to ensure that no eligible beneficiary is left deprived of the benefits of the scheme and told them after proper verification of left out farmers the Sub divisional Agriculture officer will collect the forms and submit in NIC through Chief Agriculture officer for further uploading of the data.
While reviewing Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan (PM-SYM),It was informed that said the scheme is voluntary and contributory pension scheme for the unorganised workers mostly engaged as home-based workers, street vendors, mid-day meal workers, head loaders, brick kiln workers, cobblers, rag pickers, domestic workers, washer men, rickshaw pullers, landless labourers, own account workers, agricultural workers, construction workers, beedi workers, handloom workers, leather workers, audio- visual workers and similar other occupations whose monthly income is Rs 15,000/ per month or less and belong to the age group of 18-55  years.
He said that each subscriber under the PM- SYM scheme shall receive minimum assured pension of Rs 3000/- per month after attaining the age of 60 years and in case the subscriber dies, the spouse of the beneficiary shall be entitled to receive 50% of the pension received by the beneficiary as family pension.
DDC asked the officials to create awareness among the people regarding the scheme so that deserved persons are enrolled in the scheme to avail the benefits.He also asked to enroll the ASHA and Anganwadi workers and for this a special camp have to be organised in convenience with the department concerned.
DDC also reviewed the DIGIDHAN Mission and asked the Lead District Manager jk bank to identify the 24 villages to be made digital  within one month and submit the list in the office.Special camps shall be organised in these identified villages with the active involvement of Panchayats.
