Councilor distributed BPL ration cards

UDHAMPUR, April 12 (HS):Today, Counselor of  ward numbers 1 Preeti Khajuria distributed about 100 BPL families ration cards in her ward in Dubduba Basti Jakhani.

Preeti Khajuria told that this aria a long pending demand the people living in this colony of her ward have a voter card but there is no ration card of any person, during the last 50 years there have been many public representatives, everyone lured the voters by making false promises of getting their genuine demand fulfilled but no one tried to make their promises fulfilled after the elections are over.

So during the municipal elections, Priti Khajuria had also promised that she would try to fulfill this demand.

What would be more gratifying that if a person in the BPL category also wants to contribute in this way for cleanliness, then if every house of the city does so, cleanliness will be created in the city as well as the sanitation workers will also get some relief.
