Corona virus: Not a single domestic case registered in China for the first time
Beijing, 19 March (HS): For the first time in China on Thursday, not a single domestic case has been reported. According to the report of the National Health Commission, this is the first time on Thursday that no case has been registered. Although 34 new cases have been registered.
It is noteworthy that not a single case has been registered on Wednesday in Wuhan city from where the virus started spreading. Out of 34 new cases, 21 cases have been reported from Beijing, 9 from Guangdong, two from Shanghai. One has been recorded in Heilongjiang and one in Zhejiang Province.
The total number of infected people in China has increased to 80,928 so far. Of these, 3,245 people have died, while 70,420 patients have been discharged from the hospital. Also, 7263 people are still under treatment.
It is noteworthy that this deadly coronavirus started spreading from the city of Wuhan in China and now it has spread to many major countries around the world. Schools and colleges have been closed in many countries. Travel is banned and many companies have ordered employees to work from home.
