Conspiracy to give slow poison to Nawaz Sharif, claims Pak leader

Islamabad, Nov 07 (HS): Altaf Hussain, a Pakistani leader has claimed that there is a conspiracy to give slow poison to the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Altaf, who has taken refuge in Britain and lives in London, is the founder of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
He has also claimed that Yasir Arafat was administered slow poison. A similar conspiracy is being hatched against Nawaz Sharif. Yasir Arafat died in 2004.
Altaf has said that to check the mysterious disease and continuously the deteriorating health of the victims of polonium, investigation needs to be done from globally established institutions.
Though Sharif has been discharged from the service hospital, his health remains fragile. The head of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) was formally released from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) custody on Wednesday. He has been kept under the supervision of doctors at his residence at Jati Umra. His daughter Maryam Nawaz has also got bail in the corruption case.
