Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde assured farmers a ₹25,000 bonus for paddy crops if the Mahayuti alliance retains power. Speaking at a rally in Bhandara for alliance candidate Narendra Bhondekar, Shinde outlined that his government had already increased the bonus from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. He pledged to raise it further to ₹25,000 if the alliance wins.

Shinde also launched a sharp attack on the opposition, accusing them of hypocrisy. He pointed out that they initially opposed the Ladki Bahin scheme but later included it in their manifesto. Reflecting on his decision to rebel against Uddhav Thackeray, Shinde claimed he and 50 other legislators had the courage to leave the Shiv Sena and form a new government, while Thackeray compromised the party’s values by aligning with Congress.

Shinde emphasized that the current Mahayuti government is committed to workers. He highlighted that the government is accelerating development, citing 127 irrigation projects initiated under his leadership, compared to just four under the previous MVA government.

In addition, Shinde addressed a rally for Mahayuti candidate Baliram Siraskar from Balapur, continuing his campaign across the state. His message focused on progress and the importance of worker-centered policies in driving development forward.
