Jammu, June 21: The 7th International Day of Yoga was conducted with a lot of fervour and enthusiasm at Frontier Headquarter, BSF Jammu. IG BSF Jammu N S Jamwal conveyed his best wishes to all ranks on the 7th international day of yoga. He stated that yoga is an art, as well as a science and BSF personals, have been practising yoga regularly. Yoga increases efficiency and reduces stress which is further reflected in BSF robust duties for effective domination on Border. Yoga should be made an integral part of the morning schedule by everyone to prevent diseases and improve health. Yoga has been accepted internationally by almost all countries now and for the last 6 years. International yoga day is celebrated all over the world. Approx. 500 BSF Officers, Subordinate Officers and Jawans took an active part in one hour Yoga programme with full Enthusiasm at BSF Paloura Campus Jammu today. Similarly, International Day of Yoga was also observed at all BSF Border out Posts on International Border and FDLs also, with BSF troops actively participating in yoga events.
