BJP would form next government in telangana-Amit Shah
Hyderabad,, 18 September (H.S) union Home Minister Amit Shah today expressed confidence that BJP will form next government in Telangana state.
Addressing a public meeting organized by state party at Nirmal on the occasion of ? Hyderabad Liberation day? today the home minister said BJP government would celebrate September 17 officially after coming to power. The day would be celebrated as Independent day for Telangana, he said adding that Hyderabad was liberated from the clutches of Nizam rule with the interference of than home minister Sardar Patel.
Terming the TRS government a ? coward? government led by KCR, Amit Shah recalled that CM KCR had told during Telangana agitation that his party would celebrate the day officially. Then what happened to your promise, shah asked and questioned why KCR is afraid of celebrating September 17 officially when Karnataka and Maharashtra states have been officially celebrating it.
Amit Shah thundered ?why and whom you are afraid ?. The TRS government is a coward ,family ruled and corrupt government , he said adding that KCR government is functioning under the duress of MIM.
BJP will not get fear from Majlis nor our party would follow impeachment politics. The people of Telangana are behind the party and it would form next government in the state, Amit Shah said.
Stating that 1000 tribals have been hanged to Marri tree here in 1860 who fought against Nizam he asked KCR have you forgotten the sacrifices of this martyrs. He further said sacrifices of Ramji Gondu, komarambhim and other martyrs would not go waste.
Amit Shah said praja sangram yatra launched by state party president Bandi Sanjay Kumar is against corrupt TRS government and this is meant to address grievances and problems of Dalits, downtrodden, women, farmers and youth.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is endeavoring for the welfare of poor in the country, he said and appealed people of Telangana to give a chance to party to serve them better.
Amit shah also visited blood donation camp organized on the occasion of birth day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Earlier addressing the meeting union minister of tourism G Kishan Reddy criticized the TRS government for not celebrating the day officially. He recalled that when entire nation was unfurling tricolor when India become Independent, the people of Telangana were being tortured by razakars and Hyderabad was freed from the hands of Nizam rule after 13 months of country?s Independent on September 17, 1948.
He alleged that MIM is preventing governments to celebrate the day officially. But BJP would announce the day officially immediately after coming to power, the union minister said.
People wanted a CM who comes to secretariat, Reddy said and appealed people to support BJP, PM Modi and Amit Shah .
State party chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar who took break today on 20th day of his praja sangram yatra for public meeting said 1000 martyrs Who were hanged by Nizam are observing from heaven to see the day as Hydeabad Liberation day today.
Party MPs Dharmpuri Arvind, Soyam Babu, MLA?s Raja Singh, Raghunandan Rao and other senior leaders including former minister Etela Rajender also addressed the meeting.
