Biker died after motorcycle dashed against a tree
Chapra,28 June,2019 (HS) One Tuntun Manjhi died on the spot when his motorcycle dashed against a tree in effort to evade collision with Bollero. The incident occurred last night near Mahi river embankment under Dernin police station. Today his corpse was found lying on the embankment. Today passers by saw the corpse and informed the police. Tuntun Manjhi was married two months ago. He was resident of Thika village under Derni police station.
Dispose off applications related to RTPS within a week-DM
Chapra,28 June,2019 (HS) In a review meeting today DM Subrat Kumar Sen instructed to dispose off the applications related to Right to public service regulation (RTPS) wiithin a week. He instructed to seek show cause from the IT assistants of those blocks, where ten or more than ten applications are lying pending. He also instructed to cut the remuneration up to ten percent of those IT assistants if improvement is not shown on their part. Expressing concern over the pendency of 136, 60, 50, and 60 applications with Amnour, Isuapur, Marhaura and Sadar blocks respectively, he instructed the concerned BDOs to look into the matter. DM also expressed concern over less applications under old age pension in Baniyapur, Dighwara, Ekma, Garkha, Jalalpur, Lahladpur, Maker, Manjhi, and Sonepurand warned that non execution of government programmes would cost heavily to concerned officials and employees. DM praised the works of IT assistant of Dariyapur block who has uploaded more than three thousand applications under this programme.
