New Delhi, Nov.09 (HS): Ayodhya judgment is unanimous. No dissent within the 5-judge bench on judgment. Our legal correspondent informs it.

Pronouncement of judgment has been started and it is to be lasted for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, it has been decided that plea of Shia Waqf Board against Sunni Board on claim to Babri Masjid has been dismissed.
Further, CJI Ranjan Gogai reads the judgement that Babri mosque was built by Mir Baqi. It is inappropriate for court to get into area of theology, CJI said later.
Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said further that we have dismissed the Special Leave Petition(SLP) filed by Shia Waqf Board challenging the order of 1946 Faizabad Court. The five-judge Constitution bench led by CJI Ranjan Gogoi also included CJI-designate SA Bobde, and Justices DY Chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan and S Abdul Nazeer.
Nirmohi Akhara’s suit is time-barred, ruled SC. Says it’s not a shebait. Suit 3 filed by Nirmohi Akhara is governed by Article 120 of Limitation Act and is barred by limitation, Supreme Court said. The claim of Nirmohi Akhara is only of management. Nirmohi Akhara is not a Shabait, rules Supreme Court said further.
Conclusion Pleadings in suit no 5 were the mosque was built by Mir Baqi. Idols were placed inside Dec 22, 1949. It is inappropriate to enter area of Hadith. Belief and faith as mosque cannot be challenged, CJI said reading out judgement.
Meanwhile, suit filed by Nirmohi Akhara is time barred and at the same time Ram Janmabhoomi is not a juristic person.
