New Delhi: After the shocking incident of November 26 on a New York-Delhi Air India flight, another case of an inebriated male passenger allegedly urinating on the blanket of a female passenger has been reported in the Paris-Delhi sector, but no punitive action followed. He offered a written apology, officials said on Thursday.
