Aam Admi Party MLA Somnath Bharti released from Jail

Lucknow, 19 January (HS) :    Aam Admi Party (AAP) MLA Somnath Bharti was released from Sultanpur district jail in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. He was arrested for making objectionable remarks against the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and government hospitals.

Somnath Bharti has been released from the jail after the court granted him conditional bail.

After his release from the jail Aam Admi Party MLA attacked the BJP government. He alleged that CM Yogi Adityanath has no faith in constitution. He wants to keep the opposition silent by side lining the  constitutional values, Somnath Bharti said.

It may be mentioned here that AAP MLA Bharti was arrested some days back in Raebareli after he made objectionable remarks against the CM Yogi and government hospitals. Minutes before his arrest the Delhi MLA had to face ink attack by a youth near Raebareli guest house.
