93 Indians return home under Vande Bharat Mission
Indore,24 May(HS): A special Air India flight landed at Indore Airport on Sunday morning carrying 93 passengers. All passengers were medically examined at the airport. These include travellers from other states, including Indore and other districts of Madhya Pradesh. The flight left for Mumbai later.
Arima Sanyal, Airport Director said that under the ‘Vande Bharat Abhiyan’, the aircraft of Air India landed in Indore at 8.45 am on Sunday morning from London.
93 Indian nationals have been brought home from the UK through this special flight. He said that along with completing the customs department and immigration formalities, the health of all these passengers was checked and their belongings were made infection-free. Sanyal said that all passengers returning home from Britain will be kept in the mandatory Quarantine Centre for 14 days.
