India’s Corona toll crosses 1.2 million mark
New Delhi, July 23 (HS) The number of Corona patients in the country has now crossed 1.2 million mark. In the last 24 hours, 45, 720 new Corona cases have been reported, which is the highest spike so far.
In the last three days, more than one lakh cases have been reported in the country pushing the toll to 12,38,635.
At the same time, 1,129 people have died in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 29,861.
According to the Union Health Ministry, there are 4,26,167 active patients in the country and 29,553 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. So far, 7,82,606 patients have been recovered from Corona. The country’s recovery rate has increased to 63.18 per cent.
