Three Indian Companies in Top 100 Most Valuable Brands of the World

New Delhi, June 12(HS) It has been widely known that Amazon has replaced Apple for the first position in respect of brand valuation this year according to BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Ranking. In this top 100 brands in the world, three Indian companies have secured their places. These companies are HDFC Bank-private bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India-state owned insurance enterprise and Tata Consultancy Services-an IT firm of India. They have secured 60th, 68th and 97th place respectively in this list.
The HDFC Bank brand has been valued at $22.705 billions. The LIC brand has been of worth $20.314 billions while TCS brand has been valued at $14.282 billions.
It is noteworthy that the top ten companies in this list include US Tech and Chinese companies-Tencent and Alibaba. The Amazon brand has been valued at $315.505 billions and Apple brand has worth of $309.527 billions. Other companies in top 10 list of brand valuation are Google, Microsoft(Cloud Computing), Visa(Digital Payment), Facebook(Social Media), McDonlads(Food Chain) and AT & T(Telecom).
