Central government is only restructuring the Indian economy: Gagan Jain
Ludhiana, 03 January(HS): Gagan Jain heading the fashionable designer garments manufacturing company as brand head, Duke Fashion has to say something different on the slow down of economy and says that central government has done some re-structural changes benefiting the country in the long run.
He exemplified GST and demonetisation as those changes by central government. On slowdown he clearly supported the central government and told, there were several factors that are causing negatives for Indian economy. He said that the same situation was prevailing in China and USA.
At the same time Jain also said : In our country agro based sectors are having majority of 65 percent in number and only 35 percent cannot do major changes.
When asked about the performance of present Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, Jain said: The government is doing well with making farmers self dependent.
When this correspondent asked Jain about reduction in income tax, he said that government would be doing it during coming budget. But Jain termed the opposition attack against central government as political vendetta.
