DC Poonch discusses execution of Civil Defence Plan

Poonch, May 31 (HS): Deputy Commissioner Poonch Rahul Yadav today convened a meeting regarding execution of Civil Defence Plan here at conference hall of DC office Complex.

The meeting was attended by SSP Poonch Ramesh Kumar Angral, ADC, ASP, Dy Controller Civil Defence Poonch, various District Officers and officers of different executive agencies.

The main motto of the meeting was to constitute the annual action plan and sensitise various officers of different departments about the execution of Civil Defence plan in District Poonch.

During the meeting detailed deliberations were held on what different departments will do in regardance with Civil Defence. The officers of different departments were sensitised about their roles and responsibilities during any emergency situation.

The work of coordination committee was also discussed during the meeting. The members of coordination committee includes DC, SSP, Xen PDD and SDO BSNL.
