IAS officer Ashok Khemka takes a dig at the politics of Maharashtra in gestures
New Delhi , Nov 27 (HS): IAS officer Ashok Khemka has taken a dig at the politics of Maharashtra in gestures. Ashok Khemka wrote on his Twitter, ‘The sale of MLAs is sold, they are taken hostage for all public service. There is no opportunity left as a public service, which is a pain in the heart due to being deprived. Let it happen, let there be a lot of conflicts. In partnership, public service will be done together.
Earlier, Ashok Khemka wrote on Twitter, ‘All the four parties in Maharashtra are seeking an opportunity to serve the people. Spend so much money for this opportunity. When such rivalries are there to get the opportunity of public service, then why should the progress of the country be good? This tweet by Khemka is being considered as a signal towards the ongoing political deadlock in Maharashtra.
After all the ups and downs, the Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP coalition government is going to be formed in Maharashtra on Thursday. Earlier, Devendra Fadnavis, along with NCP leader Ajit Pawar had run the BJP government but due to lack of majority, both of them resigned from their posts. Soon after the oath of Devendra Fadnavis, the opposition parties reached the Supreme Court and petitioned to prove their majority within 24 hours.
IAS officer Khemka ‘s name came into prominence in 2012 when he canceled the land deal between the company of Robert Vadra, the husband of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and real estate company DLF. Noted IAS officer Ashok Khemka has been transferred more than 50 times in his career.
