DU Election results: ABVP dominates some colleges, NSUI leads in others

The Delhi University elections for 52 colleges and departments concluded on Sunday, with both ABVP and NSUI securing significant victories. ABVP dominated by sweeping five colleges, including Hansraj College, Shyam Lal College (Evening), and Vivekananda College.

It also secured several seats across other institutions like Ramjas College, Law Centre, and Satyawati College, among others. In contrast, NSUI clinched a clean sweep in Aurobindo Evening College and Shyam Lal College. It also bagged multiple seats in colleges like Bhagini Nivedita College and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College.

While ABVP made strong gains in a wide range of colleges, NSUI had notable victories in a few key institutions. The election results show a divided but strong presence for both student organizations. The DUSU central panel results are still pending, with counting set to begin on Monday at 8 am.
